Any additional services requested outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on information supplied by the Client at the time of quoting. Any inaccuracies, changes in scope, site conditions, access restrictions or delays may result in revised pricing.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring all information, measurements, access details and approvals provided to WA Visual Ltd are accurate and complete. WA Visual Ltd shall not be held liable for delays, errors or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

The Client must ensure sites are safe, accessible and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations at the time of service delivery.

5. Surveys & Audits

6. Installation & On-Site Works

Installation dates are subject to site readiness, access availability and third-party cooperation. WA Visual Ltd reserves the right to reschedule works where access is restricted, unsafe, or not as agreed.

Minor variations in finish, positioning or materials may occur due to site conditions and are considered acceptable within industry standards.

7. White Label Services

Where white label services are provided, WA Visual Ltd will operate as an extension of the Client’s business. All documentation, communication and on-site representation will reflect the Client’s branding where agreed. Confidentiality and discretion will be maintained at all times.

8. Logistics & Storage

Where WA Visual Ltd provides warehousing or logistics services, reasonable care will be taken to store and transport goods safely. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

WA Visual Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Design & Print

All artwork approvals are the responsibility of the Client. Once approval is given, WA Visual Ltd cannot be held liable for errors not identified at sign-off. Colour variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed materials and are considered acceptable within standard tolerances.

WA Visual Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses including loss of profit, revenue or business.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all commercially sensitive information confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.
